Jan worked for several years in managerial positions at Czech and international companies in the Czech Republic and abroad in the banking and financial sector.

Jan has his own experience with the management of a family business. Jan held a position of a general director in the engineering company supplying products to the automotive industry. Jan subsequently reorganised the company and successfully sold to an international German concern in the automotive industry. Jan is interested in psychology, sociology, negotiation, corporate strategy and economics.

Jan holds a master’s degree in business economics from the University of Economics and Management.
